It looks like Spring may have arrived, (don’t want to speak too soon).  On going work has been taking place at the pond area and a bit of tidying up elsewhere on the Common, you will have noticed that the “not a disabled” ramp seems to be attracting sand due to the high tides, it may look as if nothing is being done but it is cleared out each Monday, (only to fill up again by the next Monday) Our moorgrieve is getting a good work out at the minute.

The Car Park attendants are back in operation for the season from Saturday 27th March, residents passes are available from the pay hut this year, season tickets too for those who use the car park regularly.

The gate to the main car park will be closed in the next week or so as the tractor will be busy resurfacing the area so please park at the little car park area just behind the font whilst work is being done.

This season there will be signs telling motor homes that they will not be able to access the parking area by the beach but a limited amount will be able to park during daylight ours in marked bays in the area just beyond the little car park behind the font.
