As usual, record entries and a fantastic family atmosphere made this a great success once again, get organised for 2020,
Following last year’s successful event, once again crowds of people were messing about on the river, under the watchful eye of the Alnmouth boat club of course. This seems to becoming an annual event.
Alnmouth held it’s annual art festival in June. Artists from Northumberland exhibited and sold their work in a range of venues which included, private homes, businesses and public buildings throughout our beautiful coastal village. Sunday 6th August 2017 was probably the wettest (as in rain) and unfortunately the last raft race day we have ever had, well done to the brave spectators and entrants.
The Hindmarsh Hall will not be holding a Burns Night in 2019. Maybe 2020?
